  Once we begin working with you, we go through a phase of research.  Our copywriters are experienced in researching the media to locate previous media on similar or compatible and/or complimentary products in order to correctly position your spokespeople and product(s).  To do this, the copywriter(s) will tape record interview(s) with your spokespeople.  This gives us the information for future use plus anyone working on the campaigns can read the transcript at a future date to correctly represent your products to the media.
